About Mike

Hi, my name is Mahesh, known as Mike. I became a qualified driving instructor back in 2016. I have a strong ability to teach, train and develop others to accomplish their targets. I was involved in corporate training and development programs for the past 10 to 15 years while I was working under senior management level in my back country. I am really passionate about my work and I enjoy teaching and mentoring others regardless of their age, gender, culture … etc. My strength is my ability to identify people with their existing level of on road confidence, ability and personality traits. I design customized lesson plans to overcome their weakness and achieve success. My approach is to equip both new and experienced drivers with the tools and knowledge required to drive safely & successfully for the rest of their lives, and not just learn how to pass the drive test. I enjoy meeting new people, they all have different experiences, cultural backgrounds and interesting stories to tell. Each day is unique and full of new challenges. I really enjoy helping people achieve their goals.
