About Paul
I bring more than 35 years of experience in the automotive industry along with seven years as a professional driving instructor. This background has given me a deep understanding of how cars behave, how learners think, and what it takes to build safe, confident drivers. I also have experience in law-enforcement work, which strengthened my approach to road safety, situational awareness and clear communication — qualities that consistently support learners throughout their driving journey. Students often comment on my calm manner and patient teaching style. I take the time to break skills down clearly, helping learners feel at ease even when they’re nervous or completely new to driving. Reliability and professionalism are central to my approach, and the many 5-star reviews I’ve received reflect the trust learners place in me to guide them at a comfortable pace while still keeping them challenged and progressing. My training style focuses on building safe habits that last, not just preparing for the test. I aim to create drivers who genuinely understand the road, can manage risks confidently, and feel ready for anything long after they earn their licence. Teaching remains something I genuinely enjoy, and I look forward to helping each learner reach their goals with confidence.
